With the Assisted Welcome Pack, rather than completing your website brief online, you can complete it over the phone with one of our expert advisers.
To help us understand your business and exact requirements, we ask you to complete our Welcome Pack after you sign up. Most customers use our simple online questionnaire. However, we know some people prefer to do things over the phone or may find it hard to express their thoughts in a form. If this sounds like you, we recommend our Assisted Welcome Pack add-on.
If you choose to add the Assisted Welcome Pack to your package, once you have signed up we will contact you to arrange a telephone call where we can go through your pack. On average this call takes around 30 minutes. An added bonus of the Assisted Welcome Pack is that you can interact with your adviser who will help you shape your ideas and suggest things you may not have thought about at all.
