Steve comes across as an erudite professional designer. He gave me plenty to choose from - making as many as 10 different design concepts at the start, which I wasn't expecting. I had thought just 3 or 4 design concepts would be on offer. In addition, Steve was responsive and polite all through the logo design even with my sort of "Oliver twist" requests and so on.
