Improved article publishing experience - Webfactory

We’ve made improvements to the article manager to help avoid confusion.

Previously, a message indicating that an article wasn’t published could remain visible until the page was refreshed, even after the article had been set to publish.

Articles now use a simple publish date, which controls when they appear on the site. We’ve also added an option to temporarily hide an article whenever needed.
