Improved FAQ management experience - Webfactory

We’ve updated the way you add and edit FAQs to make things clearer and easier.

Now, instead of editing inline on the page, a pop-up modal will appear when you add or edit a FAQ.

Previously, adding a FAQ would create an empty entry for you to fill in, which could be confusing. With the new modal, you can enter all the details right away – making the process more straightforward and reducing mistakes.
