Knowledge Base article count - Webfactory

We’ve improved how category article counts are displayed in the KnowledgeBase Manager.

Previously, categories only showed the total number of articles they contained, which made it difficult to find items that were still in draft or review status.

With this update, each category now clearly shows how many articles are drafts and how many are under review. This makes it much easier to track content that still needs attention and manage your KnowledgeBase more efficiently.
